The first season of the show was released back in September 21, 2016. Ever since the show took a massive breakthrough and has followed up with the second and third season of the drama.
Both seasons were first aired by ABC; then later on it shifted to Netflix for obvious reasons.

From the first season, the plot of the show is a political journey of Kirkman who turns into the president of America.
If there indeed is a fourth season of the show, it is expected to revolve around the life of the President, his political career will be taken into consideration after he took a vow to safeguard the country and become the President of The United States.
Fans would also like to know at the conclusion of the season about biothreat and it seems as though the chapter of Emily Rhodes and Lorraine Zimmer will be closed and wrap up as they will end up behind the bars because of unethical hacking.
