Mindhunter Season 3 is a crime drama series and revolves around a serial killing that forms an FBI’s behavioral science unit.
The storyline, in a nutshell, is about how two FBI agents, named Bill Tench and Holden Ford have been up to take interviews of all the declared serial killers globally, file in the reports, analyze their psychological behaviour and help solve the case.
The finale of the last season ended in 2019 with a huge doubtfulness about the Fbi department.
With the season 2 released on Netflix last year, it was an instant hit among the fans of the show.
Mindhunter Season 3: Release Date
It would be logical for the third season of the crime drama series. But as of right now, no green light is given for the production or confirmation regarding the renewal of the series.
On January 15, 2020, Netflix announced on TVLine that the Mindhunter season three is being on hold for the moment. It is not technically canceled but the production team, cast members are being released from their contract for the moment.
We do hope to see the trilogy back in action. But for now, nothing’s guaranteed yet.
Even if there were plans for the renewal of the series, it would take a hefty delay for the production to finish and release date especially with the whole COVID global pandemic going on.
Mindhunter Season 3: Plot
Bill and Holden were exploring different cases when Holen discovered a child murder case in Atlanta. The situation in Atlanta isn’t improving and keeps getting worse. Holden and Bill eventually went while the case was given to Wendy and Gregg. With a few neglects and failures to nab the killer. they plan out strategies to lure the killer.
Season 2 left us with many cliffhangers and unanswered questions there with all the crimes. In the next series, they may explore those alongside with those offenses getting solved.
For now, er have no information or plot details about Season 3. All we can do is assume and hope that is the way the future series explore towards.
