You first need to link a valid bank account to transfer money from your PayPal account to a checking or savings account online or via the PayPal app.
Follow the steps to transfer money to your bank account:
- Log into your PayPal account, and go to My wallet.
- Click on the Withdraw money option.
- Tap Transfer to your bank and if you have multiple bank accounts or cards linked, select the account where you want to deposit the amount.
- Confirm the amount to be withdrawn, and click on continue.
- Paypal will give you one final chance to review the amount and the account details in case there’s any mistake before you confirm the transfer.
- If everything’s in place, click Transfer Now.
If you are on PayPal app, head over to your PayPal balance, and tap on withdraw money.
If there’s no option to withdraw funds on your PayPal app, check if you have added and confirm the bank account through the PayPal web-portal via a desktop version. And once your bank account is successfully added, the option to withdraw to a bank will appear in the mobile app.
