INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RETURN OPTIONS
If you are not satisfied with your international online purchase of Maxwell, you need to email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of the original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization which is required to process a return.
So, If you choose to return your item, return the product with Madewell’s international return partner – UPS i-parcel. But note that you will still need to pay the shipping fee and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
However, International orders that are placed at madewell.com or by phone cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.

If you bought Madewell merchandise from its marketplace (i.e other sellers), the products can be returned to the authorized sellers within 30 days of invoicing.
The seller will then process the refund once they confirms that the return item is in the original condition that you received it.
