How do I activate my Key2Benefits card?
Important: You need to activate your card before you can use it. For activation process, you can call the number on the back of the card.
Unfortunately, there are no other options to activate your card apart from calling the number on the back and following the prompts.
To activate your card, you will need to provide the following details:
- Card number
- The Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
- The Card CVV, the 3-digit number on the back of your card.

- First of all, Call the number on the back of your card and once connected you will hear a welcome greeting message.
- Press on Keypad 1, “I have a card”
- Press on 1 again, “To activate your card”

Step 2: Input your Key2Benefits Card Number
When you visit the site, on the homepage, you will be asked to enter the first 9 (nine) digits of your Key2Benefits card number in order to access the cardholder website. Once you enter the 9 digits of your card, click “Submit” for you to access the company’s cardholder site.
Step 3: Fill up your Personal Information

Step 4: Create your Password and Username

Once you have submitted, you will get a text message immediately on your email address that you use when filling your personal info informing you that your registration has been successfully accepted.

How can i use my Key2Benefits card?
The Key2Benefits card has many benefits and work like the usual card and you can make purchases anywhere the Mastercard® debit cards are accepted.
You can use your card ranging from your online shopping, phone and mail order purchases, withdraw cash at ATMs, banks or credit unions. The funds you used are automatically deducted from your Key2Benefits card balance.

You can do so by visiting the website. All your available past transaction history can be easily accessed online 24/7 at their official website Key2Benefits.com.
If you need it, You can even request a paper copy of your transaction history by calling their Customer Support or on their website itself.

IMPORTANT: To perform this action, you will need two things – a routing and account number for the account you wish to transfer the money into.
